Weekend Hurray!!!

I love weekends!!! Saturday, went for another shopping trip to DFS. Wife was debating or whether to buy that 'stupid' coach sling bag that cost like $470. I was telling myself. With this 'huge' sum of money, I can buy all my 'Fe-Tong-Lan-Teh'.

That mean, more money to buy bike stuff. Hehe. Wah, I can change my handle bar, add in a carbon strike bar, Profile Desgin. Get a new Orca Tri singlet. Maybe do a little bit for the charity too!!! As it have been a long time since I last visited a old folks home, that was 4-6 months ago. Time to buy something for them liao. Gulity......Ok Next month do something for them. I Promiss

Back to my story, At last, she decided not to get it at 10.30pm, before the security officer chase us out. 4 hours and buy nothing.....Nevermind lah, she happy can liao.

Sunday, went for another shopping trip at Parkway. After that, went home to 'nuah' on the bed. 4.30pm time for LSD. We did a 17km run that almost kill us......Non-stop running like mad man and woman on the street. Family members thought we have been kidnap. It was almost 8.00pm when we reach home. As I sounded the alarm that we only have 3 more LSD to go before tapering. So next week, we will have to start to run much eariler. Like 4.00pm. This time, we got to try out the run-walk-run strategy. target 26km!!!

I am sick

I was having a good time with my wife on Saturday. But because greedy, I ate more than I supposed to. Thus, I got a stomach upset on Saturday evening. My wife went 'mad' today, spend almost $200 plus on clothings and shoes at Robinsons? Any way, she happy can liao.

On Sunday, i felt uneasy. But went to my wife's friend daughter 1st month celebration at Civil Service Club at Bukit Batok. It's a beautiful place. The whole club house is sitting on a hill slope. So long you maintain your focus in the club house and away from those housing blocks, you are in 'highland'.

Went to West Mall for some shopping trip, found that the shopping mall is an 'empty shell', nothing much to offer....So after about 20 mins, we left home. Once home, I felt something was amiss, I felt headache and very uncomfortable in my throat. I got a throat infections. I thought only jodan was unlucky, so am I.

Did not do my LSD as planned. so went to bed to rest. Later part of the evening, I managed to go to the nearby park to teach my nice to cycle. She is now a certified cyclist. Not bad lah, first time teach and she got it liao. My teaching method also not bad huh.

Monday, went to work as usual. But at 10am, I went straight to the clinic to look for Dr Philip Koh and gotten a one medical leave, so went back home to sleep throughout the day.

Run!!!

Yes managed to run, run and run....on 9 October and 10 October. At Last, after a long break, its time to move on.

Ai Yo.....Die liao....

Brother named DIE as 'Doing it everyday'. Nbz! Hahaha. I have not been running seriously throughout the whole of last week. I was on Occupational First Course for 3 days, since Wednesday to Friday and have been eating like MAD. Every meal is heavy... Now living in guilty!!! The only run that I have was on Thursday evening when I try out my new toy, Polar RS200cd. The footpod was very accurate.

Saturday when for Osim tri Clinic, but went off to do a Tour de ECP and Marina South with roonz, jodan and gentle. Hahahha..... Total distance was like 35km easy and lazy ride....

Sunday, my family members and wife convinced me not to go for a run since its already so late, so have 2 BIG bowls of Laksa!!! You say 'will die or not???

Today go home I will have to see got the mood or not? hehehehe.... Lazy runner!
