Well, I have got a surprise answer from my wife on 23/09/2007, after our LSD 16km. She told me that she want to enrol for the full marathon. I have been talking and talking and telling her to take part since June. It was only on Sunday, she confirmed it.
Immediately, I started to register for her through the net and fill up all the particular for her. The down side, she will have to pay for a normal price with a SCB discount $73.00. Well as usual, she stop at the last button to confirm her payment. Hehehehe. I was once at that button too. Because, once you press 'enter' there is no way to return liao.
I decided to leave her alone to settle it. She think and think and think. Suddenly, she told me, 'i press the button liao!' I very congratulate her for having the courage to take a FULL marathon!!!
I was very delighted that I will have a running partner, which is my wife. Very rare to see a couple running and finishing a full marathon!!! SCM HERE WE COME!!!!!

Wow! Time For some Update
After my running buddy told me,"Hey man, it's time for you to update your blog. Dun disappoint your readers!" I felt alittle guilty. Here are some updates, if my memory did not fail me...Hehehe
8th September 2007.
When swimming at Tampines Safra. I swam like 28 laps. I was overjoy because, I have never swim that kind of distance in my whole life. After the good swim, my wife and I head down to Suntec for a little shopping trip.
9th September 2007.
This day, I tried to run a hald marathon without much preparation. From my house (Bedok South) I ran all the way to Fort Road and back. My family said that I was crazy!!
11 September 2007.
This day, I did my usual 7km ad the timming was like 37.49sec. This is my new record hehehehe....
During 12-14 September 2007. A little lazy liao. But.....Lunch time, I still swim ok!!
15th September 2007.
When back to the pool for a swim. This time it is about 26 laps. Though little but happy.
16th Spetember 2007.
No activites, because the sky wasn't happy!!!
17th september 2007. - Another lazy day just passed through.
Yesterday - Swim during lunch time about 10 laps and took a slightly long distance run together with my wife - 10Km.

Let's Have Some Updates
Wednesday, 5 September 2007.
Today, I did a mini Biathlon. The weather in the afternoon was too good to be missed for a swimming. Because of my spining head, I only managed to swim 6 laps. After home, the weather was wonderful, linla, intend to go for a run, but I was rather reluntant because of my spining head. But dare not tell her.
So we went for a run. During the run, I felt a urge to run faster. Thus I was infront of my wife the whole route. Only managed to slow down near traffic junction to wait for linla and at the end point where it was pretty dark stretch as street lighting were shaded off by tall tree. I slow down to wait for my wife.
After my good (first run after AHM) run, my head was not spining liao. I also dun know why. Today my head is back to normal liao. Funny hor??!!

This bloody whole week, I dun know why, my head keep spining. After work decided to go cycling. Put up my gear and off I go have a quick 20km. While back home, I felt like 'the head is still spining'. This was my first proper workout since AHM.

Brought the whole family out to the Army Open House (AOH) to look at the man and machines of our army. I am more interested in the new tank, Leopard 2A4. But does not look impressive as the local made Primus 155mm. Every thing have to quene up to test or play. But when comes to the SOC, I still can managed the low wall and low rope. No bad huh....
The whole family was bore to death, but i was delighted. Hehehe.

Saturday, was a day for movie and shopping. Linla suggested to go Vivocity for a show together with our friend Vincent and his wife. Before the show, linla and me have a wonderful dinner at Sushi tei. Our table overlook the Sentosa island. We sat there for almost 1.30 hours enjoying the meal and the view.
Ratatouille, was the show tittle we watched. Nice show 4.5 out of 5 star rating.

On this day, I knock off early from work and head back home to prepare myself for the Istana Teachers' Day Reception. The Istana looks so grand than in the usual daylights. I have the opportunity to get close and personal with Mr. President SR Nathan, Ms President and MOE 'Big Boss' Thaman.
Took a few photographn of Mr. Pressident standing together with my wife. What an eye opening event. After the evening, we went shoppping at Plaza Singapura. I bought my wife a piece of dress as a gift cum reward for Teachers Day. Hehehe....
